Check if your service can become software
Service to SaaS

Turn your service into software clients pay for monthly

If you do the same work for every client, part of it can probably be software. Here’s how we find that part and build it.

Today

Done by hand, for every client

  1. 1A client emails you a requestEmail
  2. 2You do the same work by handHours
  3. 3You send the result as a reportPDF

Then you start again for the next client.

As software

One tool your clients pay for monthly

SigmaFlow inventory screen with a table of shipments and their status
  • Clients ask inside the app
  • The repeat work runs in the tool
  • Results are always up to date

Screen from SigmaFlow, a logistics platform we designed.

  1. Week 1

    Map the service

We go through what you do for one client, step by step. We mark what repeats, what needs your judgment and what clients wait on.

  2. Week 2

    Pick the first product

One part clients would pay for every month: a portal, a dashboard, a report or a booking tool. We agree the scope and the price you’ll charge.

  3. 6 to 10 weeks

    Design and build the MVP

A working first version, shown to you every week. You test it with a few of your current clients.

  4. Ongoing

    Launch and grow

Onboarding, a pricing page and a website, then monthly changes based on what users actually do.

Not every service should become software. If yours shouldn’t, we’ll tell you in step 1.

A note from Rakib

“I’m Rakib, and I run Sigma Studio from Dhaka. When you book a call, you talk to me. I stay on your project from the first call to launch and after. We design and build products for founders, and we build our own too. Pagestro, UIXport and UIX Design System are ours, so we know what it takes to get people to sign up, use a product and pay for it. If we’re not the right fit, I’ll tell you on the first call.”

Questions founders ask us

How much does it cost?

A paid project starts at $990 for UX Audit and Plan. A design sprint starts at $3,500 and a first version, designed and built, at $8,500. A design partner is $1,990 a month. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.

How long does an MVP take?

Most first versions take 6 to 10 weeks after a 1 to 2 week plan. A design-only sprint takes 3 to 4 weeks. We give you the dates in the quote.

Do you only design, or do you build too?

Both. The same team designs the product and builds it in-house, in Laravel, Next.js or React, so nothing gets lost between Figma and code. If you have your own developers, we hand over dev-ready files instead.

Who owns the files and the code?

You do. All Figma files and code are yours once the project is paid in full. We sign an NDA and a contract on every project.

You’re in Dhaka. How does that work with our time zone?

You can book calls Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 to 23:00 Dhaka time. That covers the UK, EU and UAE working day and US East mornings. Between calls you get a weekly Loom and a shared Slack channel.

Can my service really become a SaaS product?

Often part of it can, if you repeat the same steps for most clients. Take the 2-minute quiz for a first answer. If it shouldn’t be software, we’ll tell you.

Do you use AI in your work?

Yes. We use Claude AI in our workflow for research, first drafts and speed. A human designer decides every screen. We also design AI features for clients.

What happens after launch?

We fix what comes up in the first 30 days. After that, you can keep us on as a monthly Design Partner for onboarding, upgrades and new features, or take everything in-house.
