4 steps, a Loom every week and a fixed quote before work starts.

  1. Discovery

    A workshop about your users, your goal and what the first version must do. We agree the scope in writing.

  2. Flows

    We map how people move through the product, from sign-up to the main task, and agree it with you before drawing screens.

  3. Screens

    We design the 20 to 30 core screens, with a Loom each week so you see the work as it changes.

  4. Prototype and handoff

    You get a clickable prototype and the Figma files, organized so your developers can start straight away.

Is $3,500 the final price?

It is where sprints start. Every project gets a fixed quote before work begins, based on the number of screens and the flows involved.

Do you also build it?

Yes, as MVP Design + Build, which includes this sprint. If you have your own developers, you take the dev-ready files and build it yourselves.

How involved do I need to be?

You join the discovery workshop and review the work each week. We send a Loom every week, so you can reply when it suits you.

Can you design AI features?

Yes. We design AI features such as chat, answers with sources and approval steps. We also use Claude AI in our own workflow, and a human designer decides every screen.

Who owns the design files?

You do, once the project is paid in full. We sign an NDA and a contract on every project.
