Questions about this service
What counts as a request?
One piece of work, such as a new feature, a redesigned flow or a landing page. You send them one at a time on the Design plan and two at a time on Design + Build.
How fast is the turnaround?
Most requests come back in about 48 hours. Larger ones take longer, and we tell you the timing when you send the request.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Design is $1,990 a month and covers design work. Design + Build is $3,490 a month, takes two requests at a time and includes the front-end build of what we design.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, with notice. The notice period is agreed in your contract.
How do we talk?
In Slack, with a weekly Loom and a monthly review. We can use WhatsApp or Telegram if you prefer.
