The problem
Vendors sell packages with many details: time slots, add-ons, location and cancellation rules. Admins review each listing before it goes live.
- Long package forms that are easy to finish
- A review queue for admins
- Two panels in one visual system
How we approached it
What it had to do
- Give vendors one place for services, bookings and earnings
- Let admins review each listing before it goes live
- Keep the vendor and admin panels in one visual system
- Make long package forms easy to finish
- 1Mapped four flowsTwo for vendors and two for admins.
- 2Designed the vendor sideA dashboard, a service list, package creation and a weekly bookings calendar.
- 3Designed the admin sideA submissions queue with review actions, then vendors, catalog, payments and reports.
