4 steps, a Loom every week and a fixed quote before work starts.

  1. Kickoff

    A short call about your product, your users and what is not working. You share a login or a link, and your analytics if you have them.

  2. Review

    We use the product the way a new user does, from sign-up to paying. For a service business, we map how you deliver the work today.

  3. Fix list or plan

    You get the problems in order of impact, with the fix for each. For a service, you get the first product to build and its scope.

  4. Walkthrough

    A 60-minute call where we go through everything together, show the 2 key screens and give you a fixed quote for what comes next.

What do you need from me?

A login or a link to the product, and access to your analytics if you have them. We also ask for 30 minutes of your time at the start and 60 minutes at the end.

Can I put the $990 toward a bigger project?

Yes. If you continue with us within 30 days, the audit fee is credited in full.

Do you fix the problems too?

We can. The audit ends with a fixed quote for the next step, which can be a design sprint, a build or a monthly Design Partner plan. You can also take the fix list to your own team.

I run a service business. Is this for me?

Yes. Instead of a product review, you get a process map of how you deliver your work, the first product we would build, the MVP scope and a fixed quote.

How is this different from the free design review?

The free review is a short video on one page or flow with 3 fixes. The audit covers the whole path from sign-up to paid, redesigns 2 key screens and ends with a plan and a quote.
